    Item was exactly as-described but the packaging was lousy for shipping: c’mon guys: an IC stuck in regular (non-static) styrofoam and out in a lightly-padded pouch? The legs were almost all bent. Should have been in an IC plastic rail section.

    Lost my source for tubes, all the new sources are triple the cost now and I can do that however I would have to increase the cost of goods which no one wants! I have been shipping this way for over a year now and no one has complained. I never pack in a lightly padded package, I do use envelopes however I insert a small flat rate box inside the envelope so I am not sure what your talking about.
