Sizing is about a size too big! Seller is not willing to exchange or cover any shipping what-so-ever. I was expected to pay for initial shipping and return making it $25 in shipping to get $40 back or pay $40 in shipping ($15 initially $10 return and then again $15) total to get the correct size to me. Thank god the heels only had a small amount of wiggle room. Otherwise it would have been a huge waste!

There are a few things we would like to clarify, first of all, our return address is in the US with low return cost, and the cost of the original international shipping we used was higher than we charged, and according to our return policies, if there is a size issue, the customer would be responsible for shipping fees. Plz do not hesitate to contact us if you have size concerns BEFOREHAND instead of getting a size bigger than your usual size. Our shoes run true to size, plz do not assume sizes!
