This adapter is advertised as new, and specifically to go with the DELL XPS 15-9560, which is the laptop I am using which I required a new charger for.
The adapters I have received (ordered 2) are extremely temperamental. They will not charge in some positions and orientations. I often have to flip over the adapter or play around with the fittings in order to get my laptop to charge.
Well below what I would expect for a product advertised as new and which was not inexpensive.
