RIMBORSO E RESO.

Per esercitare il diritto di recesso, l’acquirente può farlo entro e non oltre 14 giorni dal ricevimento dell’oggetto.

Tale oggetto deve essere integro in tutte le parti, nella sua confezione originale, così come è arrivato.

La spedizione dell’oggetto è a totale carico dell’acquirente a meno che non sia espressamente specificato nell’inserzione.

La spedizione, fino all’attestato di avvenuto ricevimento nel nostro magazzino, è sotto la completa responsabilità del cliente pertanto non rispondiamo in nessun modo per danneggiamenti o furto/smarrimento di beni restituiti.

All’avvenuta ricezione del pacco, se l’oggetto è integro, viene inviata una mail ed effettuato il rimborso mediante buono (la somma meno le spese di spedizione pari a 7€) da spendere entro e non oltre 12 mesi dall’emissione. Questo buono d’acquisto avrà un codice univoco ed un importo che verrà comunicato via mail.

Se l’oggetto viene restituito rotto, manomesso o danneggiato, NON VIENE RIMBORSATO e procederemo a nostre spese alla spedizione dello stesso all’indirizzo del mittente (l’acquirente iniziale).

Qualora il cliente intenda rendere il capo conforme per motivi inerenti la vestibilità o ripensamenti lo potrà sostituire con altri articoli presenti nel negozio online, altrimenti verrà emesso buono acquisto spendibile entro 12 mesi.

Nel caso di rimborso di oggetti con la spesa di spedizione gratuita il rimborso sarà della somma dell’oggetto meno le spese di spedizione pari a 7€.
