En cas de panne, le produit sera expertisé par une équipe de techniciens, réparé si possible ou échangé par un produit équivalent.

Le délai de traitement d'un produit en SAV est en moyenne de 3 à 7 jours ouvrables à compter de la date de réception du retour par nos services. Ce délai peut atteindre un maximum de 30 jours.

Si aucune panne n'est détectée par nos techniciens et que le produit est en parfait état de marche, les frais de renvoi seront à la charge du client et ne pourront pas être remboursés.
