Purchased the item on the 20th April, by the 29th April the item had not shipped. I had sent multiple messages to the seller asking for an ETA on shipping, no communication back.
I raised a case with eBay expressing I still wanted the item, to give the seller an opportunity to send this out (albeit quite delayed) however a refund was provided instead, though still no communication from the seller.
