I ordered a the last dishwasher shaft seal they had, and when it arrived the very small seal was not in the original vendor sealed package I could only see the instruction sheet. I contacted them to let them know what I found and did not open the sealed clear bag, I sent it back and was given a full refund with free return shipping.
