This is a very poor-quality product. This is my second time (and last time) ordering from this company. I bought an adapter for my Hannspree monitor. While the first adapter worked well, the second one behaved differently. It created sparks when I tried to connect it to the monitor. When I requested a return, the company asked for photos, seemingly to avoid initiating a refund and allowing me to send back the adapter. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
