It is made in China, not UL approved, nor grounded, and that is an issue that makes chassis F connections dangerous, in the event of a fault.
I took a peek inside, and was pleased with the quality; it looks like a bonafide power transformer is used to provide safety. I haven't put a megger to it, yet, but I looks pretty good. This thing needs a secure external chassis ground to prevent a shock hazard to remote devices.

The ITEM is halfway decent - the seller is awful! The product I've only partially made functional (it appears to work for only one TV, our newest, other two suddenly have zero channels when the prior amplifier had many come in). The instructions are totally inadequate and don't explain the various settings or their use...and when contacting this seller on such basic install, they basically say: "Contact the manufacturer" and "You need additional gain equipment" ( never mentioned in ad)...
