Ho acquistato il kit tagliando e al momento di effettuarlo il meccanico mi dice che il filtro gasolio è sbagliato. Per completare il lavoro acquisto il filtro dal meccanico al costo di 50€
Segnalo il problema al venditore che mi richiede la targa per la sostituzione (targa che avevo già dato al momento dell ordine). Dopo mie richieste mi dicono che hanno prenotato il ritiro da parte del corriere per la sostituzione. Restituisco l oggetto ma non ricevo quello nuovo.
