Detroit Axle’s promise of “great prices” and “quick shipping” turned out to be nothing but empty words. They falsely claimed my order was shipped, causing significant delays. When the product finally arrived incomplete, missing crucial components, like 1 outer tie rod end and the other without mounting hardware. I was forced to spend $100 extra at a local auto parts store. Their insulting compensation offers of $20 and later $30 reflect their utter disregard for customer satisfaction.
