Paid for my book on April 19. The seller alleges to have dispatched the order on April 22. By the beginning of May, my book still hadn't arrived. I contacted, expressed my disappointment, and asked for a refund. Seller's attitude was that they wanted me to search for my own missing book—check with the post office or neighbours—instead of providing tracking information, replacement or refund. I contacted again saying that was their job, not mine. I was eventually refunded May 4th. Never again.
