If you had said I didn’t have the boots and refunded in plenty time for me to buy what I was after none of this would have happened, I even said yeah sure come get then amd send the correct ones, you waited Untill end of Thursday to say you cudnt get them to me, I mean this is £495 we’re talking about! Not an easy amount to replace Untill eBay pay me back, obviously still no boots because who can afford to pay twice for things at that amount!

The buy is correct, we messed up on this one, the first time in nearly 3000 orders. We tried to correct it as quickly as we could but the buyer was under a time restraint so did not allow us the opportunity. We sent the parcel on time but was let down by the courier. We refunded him via ebay immediately on request and then the buyer complained to me that it can take up to 5 days to clear.
Everyone at the Whitby Cobbler hopes this customer finds his replacement shoes as quickly as possible.
