Per esercitare il Diritto di recesso il cliente deve inviare una RACCOMANDATA A/R all' indirizzo:

(vedi Fattura fiscale) entro e non oltre 10 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della merce.(Tale comunicazione potrà è essere anticipata anche via fax, purchè confermata con raccomandata A/R. entro 48 ore) Restituzione della merce:

la merce restituita dovrà essere inviata (spese di spedizione a carico del Cliente) all'indirizzo (vedi fattura fiscale) entro e non oltre 10 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della merce.

Condizione necessaria per l'esercizio del diritto di recesso comunque la sostanziale integrità del prodotto (restituzione in normale stato di conservazione in quanto sia stata custodita ed eventualmente adoperata con l'uso della normale diligenza). Rimborso: il rimborso della somma versata dal Cliente per l'acquisto della merce poi restituita, avverrà entro e non oltre 30 giorni dalla data di ricezione della raccomandata di richiesta di Recesso.
