Seules 4 commandes effectuées avec « suivi » et à contrario, 321 en « normal » ne sont pas arrivées à destination sur les plus de 15000 expéditions faites depuis 4 ans!

- La Poste ne s engage aucunement à un délai de livraison précis pour les expéditions en "NORMAL". Un envoi normal peut mettre jusqu'a 14jours ouvrable pour arriver a destination .

- La Poste s'engage à un délai d'acheminement de 48H00 Maxi après expédition pour tout envoi en "SUIVI" (hors DOMTOM et étranger bien sûr)
