The item was ordered o April 1 and did not arrive until April 22I. opened the package on the morning of delivery. Broken on arrival. I sent photos sent to seller who indicated that I would be refunded but should I should tell the post office - It was poorly packaged. I have not been refunded as indicated in my Paypal details. Buyers pay for secure packaging and postage. I require a refund.
