I purchased the item early December and several days went by with no updates. I sent an update asking for the status and never heard back. The status changed to USPS label printed and the tracking was never updated, I contacted the seller asking for an update and requested a refund. They ignored my refund request and responded back saying it was "sent". I had to wait for eBay to step in and issue my refund. Ended up getting the part I needed from a reliable seller.
