My second time using their programming service for Control4. I purchased two new TVs and wanted the transmitter programmed to power TVs with Control4 remote. My system is older and the driver Automated Now installed did not work first try. Not their fault because of the older system. They followed up on it and tried different drivers while I was on the phone. They were patient and stayed on until we were sure everything worked properly. Can’t say enough about their service and commitment.
