The rug was very dirty all over and had a few soiled and crusty stain areas. I contacted seller and was told I could hand clean the crunchy areas with water and soap.
It was supposed to be a wedding gift so I couldn’t give a dirty rug and was afraid to try to clean it myself. 😢😢
