The panels dont seem work very well maybe ots because there is not enough sunlight but at high noon in cloudy conditions I am only getting 10 up to 15 watts from two solar panels in serious and with my normal polycrystaline panels I getting around 75 watts from a 200wat solar panels I think there is something seriously wrong with your solar panels. Not happy at all.
