Wow. These actually sound really great. For so cheap! I experimented with an old off brand electric guitar body and actually set this in the body to use as the sole pickup and just use a volume pedal with it direct into my amp. It actually sounds great! Exactly what I was looking for. Not hot but not weak either. Nice bite
