?!...I believe feedback is meant to be for the seller, but I'm TRULY sorry this model was so difficult. :/Metal Earth is known for their quality models, & it was brand new/sealed, from Disney. As for putting it together - it's a tough one! No doubt! I noted in the listing: "Difficultly: Challenging: For ages 14+ ...A challenge(!)" I would greatly appreciate it, if you would consider revising FB, based on the seller...my service, attention, quick delivery, and it being well packaged.¯\_(ツ <3

The item was exactly as described and shown in the photos. It is new and was packaged well in a bubble envelope with an additional layer of bubble wrapped around it and inside of a thick zipper bag. The item itself is a bangle and can handle a bit of flex of the package so the packaging was sufficient. The envelope was also marked with a bright pink label to not bend or fold. The seller responded quickly to a question. The item arrived earlier than I expected with fast shipping out of Virginia.
