Got this fory best friend as she's got knee pain...A herbalist and alternative therapist friend worked on her knee while we were camping and within 20 minutes about 70% of the swelling had dissipated. If I hadn't witnessed it I would have found it difficult to believe...not that bit worked but that it worked so quickly.
