    seller was great, communicated very well when I had questions, paid A LOT for shipping $15, a tiny figure that came in a Slightly padded envelope (no box), AND NO TRACKING # from outside the US. When I asked about shipping and tracking the seller blamed Trump and his policies. I have ordered 100's of items from outside the US and have always had a tracking number. Also I sell on ebay . I ship EVERYTHING with a tracking number, Trump policies have not hindered me yet. Neutral rating for shipping
