other than the communications, this was 100% positive..... I telephoned the shop as I had an old delivery address on the purchase, totally my fault and on the phone they agreed to change this for me.....but they didn't, luckily I managed to collect. very pleased with the scooter. I would still recommend and use this shop again, but would be more aware of lack of comms (as per other reviews).overall - pleased and thank you.
