Great product & great seller, thank you Fedex were a bit slow though (outside the sellers control), they added about 3 or 4 days to the delivery, sitting in their facilities in Australia before delivering it, compared to other parcels I'm receiving from Japan via DHL, which are much faster.

This is a scam, my experience was much the same as other buyers who have left negative feedback. I received an email after purchasing saying to allow for delays, which I thought was acceptable. After waiting they issued a FedEx tracking number, however it was just for a shipping label. After waiting and reading their reviews I contacted them and asked if the item had been shipped. I didn't receive a reply instead they simply refunded my purchase. I'm not sure what is going on here?
