I bought a VHS tape and the image is very grainy and the screen turns one-third grey every ten seconds or so. Worst quality tape I ever bought. I have a VHS player at home and actively use it but this isn't what I wanted. Seller won't give me a refund... I get the impression that he is trying to cheat people with decrepit items and looks for loopholes to get away with it. P.S. the item was described as new (well then it should work like new too!)
