I was a tiny bit worried having heard horror stories (more on Etsy tbh) about rugs (from other sellers) turning up looking different to pictures but this turned up even better and more vibrant than I expected, such good quality and colours and it’s super clean. Ordered late on 29th April and arrived by 10th May, good comms from the seller and was provided with tracking number. Couldn’t be happier. I might have to buy another one…

The rug was very dirty all over and had a few soiled and crusty stain areas. I contacted seller and was told I could hand clean the crunchy areas with water and soap.
It was supposed to be a wedding gift so I couldn’t give a dirty rug and was afraid to try to clean it myself. 😢😢
