This is what I sent to him, he had to change the feedback and I would refund him. That he was looking for the refund, shows his motivation in this feedback. I did not change anything on the phone and I don't even know what a Jailbroken phone is.
He has been on eBay for less then a month.
He is not truthful in this transaction, I gave him a discount and answered 30 emails from him. I do my best and let it go.
