Nowhere in the header was a region mentioned. I purchased it as a "blu ray dvd". I got a EUROPEAN version that would not play. The "RETURN limiting date was the day PRIOR to delivery at my home. I was NOT permitted a "RETURN" so I filed a complaint. Seller contacted me, asked that I remove the complaint and FILE for a RETURN. I DID remove the complaint three days ago and as of today I still CANNOT file for a RETURN. Are they inept, uncaring, or crooks. I haven't decided yet.
