If you can unscrew an outlet and hook black to black and white to white Then you are smart enough to use Control 4 and call these guys to help you program your system. Stop wasting your time calling local people who don t call back or the ones that do and never show up. Jeff was awesome and fixed everything in 30 minutes. I paid for support and within 4 hours everything was fixed.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. My local dealer send someone with little knowledge and charged me a lot, didn't return my call and wasn't helpful after creating a mess when they handover the system to me from previous house owner. I will 100% buy more hours whenever needed as he not only provided me guidance (without counting every minute) but also took care of the issue in a very timely manner. My second time using their programming service for Control4. I purchased two new TVs and wanted the transmitter programmed to power TVs with Control4 remote. My system is older and the driver Automated Now installed did not work first try. Not their fault because of the older system. They followed up on it and tried different drivers while I was on the phone. They were patient and stayed on until we were sure everything worked properly. Can’t say enough about their service and commitment.
