Fast shipping. The mugs were in very good condition. One mug, however, lacked any design on one side-an apparent manufacturing flaw (this type of Portmeirion mug always has a design on both sides of the mug). This was not apparent on the photos or in the description of the mugs--perhaps an oversight? Overall, though, I am satisfied with this transaction. Thank you.
