    I ordered the item, after realising it was wrong size I cancelled the item. They cancelled my order, refunded me the cost but still sent out the item. I emailed them asking what they wanted me to do with it and they replied saying post it back to us via Royal Mail and we will refund you the postage costs. (I returned the item, even though I could have kept it for free) at a cost of £6.69, after contacting them to ask if they received it, they verified they had but refused to refund the costs.
