Faster than expected shipping and a good product. I like that the pillow was stuffed to the max and then removing foam as needed makes it more comfortable. In time, the extra foam can be added back in as it flattens. The pillow cover is nice and it is everything it is described to be.

I'm sad that this was expensive with US to CAD conversion and shipping. That being said this pillow is a godsend and works for my occipital neuralgia.
