on listed selling site it states that the item is new, but when I opened the product, it had a bar code stating refurbished products and or parts. I installed as directed but the ratchet is not like it was brand new when I first bought it. It might be better if I take it into a dealer and get a new one etc. I felt that the advertisement was somewhat deceiving. Will not buy from this Ebay seller again. Thanks, Jctownmarshal.
