It is made in China, not UL approved, nor grounded, and that is an issue that makes chassis F connections dangerous, in the event of a fault.
I took a peek inside, and was pleased with the quality; it looks like a bonafide power transformer is used to provide safety. I haven't put a megger to it, yet, but I looks pretty good. This thing needs a secure external chassis ground to prevent a shock hazard to remote devices.
