We endeavour to post all items within one to three working days of receiving cleared payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). Should you require a faster dispatch time, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
 
All orders are dispatched on a tracked or barcoded delivery service with our chosen couriers providing trusted delivery confirmation. If you have not received your order within 14 days of purchasing, please contact us immediately so we can look into this further for you and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
