The printer I received was very lightly used. It had a magnetic sticker stuck( and I mean stuck!) to the build plate, and was missing the spare nozzle kit. I sent pics, and FLSun sent out replacements almost immediately. I’ve got the printer running flawlessly now. It’s an awesome printer, and I’m very impressed with the service I’ve received from FLSun. I would definitely buy another printer from these guys!!
