    Let’s start with the company amazing ation, I had several questions. They replied quickly even on a weekend answered all my questions I needed a ladder that had the balance bar on both legs. They upgraded me to that unit, shipping was here a day early couldn’t be happier what an amazing experience, I’ve unboxed the ladder. It works perfectly.
