After I purchased the product, it was 04/16/2025, according to the terms in the description, the seller undertakes to send the parcel within 10 days, when this period expired, I contacted him, he promised to send it soon. I decided to look at the products of this seller and it turned out that the photo of my product was posted and sold again, I wrote a claim, the seller replied that it was a mistake and offered $ 80 compensation for the

What arrived was a different dingy Mikita chain mortiser that looked like it had been dropped from five feet. Four out of the five castings were cracked and the rods twisted, though the box it arrived in looked fine. Kabuki offered to send me replacement parts…. So trying to salvage a shattered machine that I did not order….no. Then they offered me a $30 refund…. On my $950 tool. All very disappointing. With eBay’s help I was able to get refunded.
