This was my worst experience on eBay. 8 days after purchasing I realized that the sofa was too big for my studio apartment, so I contacted the seller to offer to cancel the order by giving him £100 for my mistake! Do you know what the response was? Nothing, they did not respond to me at all! Furthermore the sofa arrived with 4 nails under the wood feet (picture attached) fortunately I found this before to move the sofa on my new wooden floor, on the delivery they made a scratch!
