Butterfly skirt: worth the wait for delivery. It would be best for someone size 14 (UK) height 5 ft 8. The drawstring would tighten for someone size 10 or even 8 maybe? It's extremely long. The hem is large so you could take it down & wear it if you are 5ft 11! The butterflies are printed on only, but nice - not too bright, not too dull. The cotton is good but summer only. It's handmade with a sewing machine. It would be too tight for someone size 20 or size 22 on the waist.
