    I did not contact the vendor since the non-working Furby baby is not the vendor's fault. Furby baby delivered was new in box. However, using new batteries from the same box did not work. I researched the problem and it is pervasive. There is something mechanically wrong with these furby babies, which is not the vendor's fault. This is the same situation with the other new Furby baby I bought on EBay. I plan to order another one but this time 'used and working.'
