The product itself was just what I was looking for. Great quality, arrived in perfect condition and amazing value for money. When it arrived, I did have to smile, the usual scenario, it looked bigger in the picture, I’m not sure how big a reel containing 15m of 4mm rope was supposed to look but it’s not as big as I’d imagined it to be, which is a positive for me.
