- i***4 (30)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseA completely different machine part arrived due to a wrong delivery. And the seller is still pushing it to eBay. The seller has not responded to this issue yet. Who is responsible? I sent pictures of the wrong item as soon as it arrived. Who is responsible?Reply from: dry_lavender- Feedback replied to by seller dry_lavender.- Feedback replied to by seller dry_lavender.Buyer should open a claim with eBay. Shipping discrepancy is out of my control. Buyer claimed something else was delivered overseas. Apparently the carrier made a mistake by delivering a wrong item to the buyer, the weight of the container / package itself didn’t even match the description. The item won’t even be shipped out because the record indicated I purchase the shipping label for 2 lbs( just teacups), and apparently the machine/engine that the buyer received was way more then 2 lbs.
