    I ordered the item on 6/19/24, expected to arrive by 6/29/24. I contacted the seller on 7/13/24 to say that from the website it looks like the item never shipped and wanted to know when I could expect it. Three days later I have not heard back from the seller. I never received the item and did not get a refund. I'm upset that I paid for an item I did not receive and cannot cancel the order. I am a little worried something has happened to this seller due to their lack of response.
