I thought they had sent the wrong item and contacted them. Emails travelled between us and they pointed out that I had the ordered the wrong item, not realising that they sold several versions. I asked about returning it for a refund and was informed that it might cost more to do so than the price. I checked and they were right so I decided to not bother. Choosing the neutral option is NOT a criticism of the seller they did the best they could and I was reminded to double check in future.
