The buyer complained to the condition of the cards on Mar 05 and Mar 07, we replied the messages in the same date to try to solve the problem. The buyer said "No responses to message either" is not true. Also, we don't believe that all 7 cards are in bad condition. We feel the buyer try to mess up our feedback.

If the seller actually paid attention to their business, I have left neutral feedback in the past based on poor conditions of cards with no response. These transactions are NOT the first time I've had issues. Not only are the cards I ordered in horrible condition and not even close to NM, I sent pictures front and back when I reached out to them. I do NOT enjoy leaving them negative feedback, they should focus more on why they got it in the first place rather than blame me.
