Buyer send us message on Apr 9 and we replied the same day that our DVR does NOT support his camera. I don't know why he still purchased the item. Then, We refunded him the same day and put the message about our DVR does NOT support his camera. On Apr 11, He purchased again and ask us to ship out. Then, we paid money to ship out the item to him and we paid to return back the item. Now, he leave -ve and complaint the item not working for the fact that we confirmed in the first day? Ridiculous!!
