Unfortunately, I didn't receive my order after patiently waiting for over a month. Here are the facts:
-The seller did not provide the tracking number in the ebay order page. I had to explicitly contact the person to receive it.
-After informing the seller about item not received after deadline passed, the seller assured that he would look at it. But even to this day (over a month) I havent received any update on this.
Seller's reviews from past orders was excellent so what happened here?

I provided the tracking number and, while it always been show "processed" without any update from the post service, when the client requested it i gave straight away the refund. Now i don't know if he recived the merch but took advantage of the fact that the tracking number was always frozen on "processed", as i said, or he didnt recive it for real. It is a fact that i have just processed the refund once i'v seen no update in the post service website and he requested by query. Wasn't my fault.
